The Process
Following checkout, please reply to your order confirmation email with 2-3 of your favorite photos of your pet. Don't worry about the quality—the studio will review them and guide you to ensure the best artistic result.
We will share a studio proof for your approval before your artwork is finalized and prepared for shipping.

The Studio Process:
1. Secure Your Allocation: Select your canvas size above to reserve your studio time.
2. Submit Your Reference: Upon securing your spot, you will receive a direct email from the studio. You will reply with your favorite photos of your dog. (Note: We draft exactly from your photo to ensure perfect proportions — we do not invent poses).
3. The Drafting & Delivery: Your bespoke piece is digitally painted, professionally printed, finished with our signature wax seal, and shipped directly to your door.
The Medium & Materials:
Please note: To achieve the flawless, highly-detailed House of Henslow aesthetic, all pieces are drafted using premium digital watercolor techniques and printed locally on museum-grade, tactile archival paper. We do not use wet paint. The distinct advantage of our digital drafting process is that it allows for a complimentary round of studio refinements prior to printing, ensuring the final piece perfectly captures your companion.
Framing & Presentation:
Your artwork will arrive securely packaged and unframed, allowing you the freedom to select the perfect vintage or contemporary frame to suit your home's aesthetic. Any antique frames shown in our studio photography are for display and styling purposes only.
